Start charging the user departments for every reset.  See how fast
everyone starts remembering their passwords when there is a little pain
put into the equation.

and was curious if anybody else was familiar with it.

I would like to find a solution to better managing password resets on
the iSeries. Ever since we've started tightening up everything and
getting in line with SOX-compliance, I am finding myself dealing with
2-5 password rests a day. Has anybody else found a good solution to
resolve this?
