Yeah, it looks like our Express system gets ordered with V5R3, then on
the MES upgrade order spec'ing all the other additions, it has a code
added for
#0531 (V5R3 OS and V5R3M5 LIC).  Does this code actually cause the media
to be shipped along with the system?

As of now Express systems can only be ordered with V5R3.

One the system is serialized you can order V5R4.
This makes it fun when trying to order V5R4 only parts, like the iSCSI
HBA's

This is supposed to change soon when IBM fixes the Configurator.
