I believe B101-4505 means some thing like:
load source (disk, tape or CD) is not bootable (no OS or DST).

Check if your system is set to IPL from disk (A or B) or from tape/CD
(D).  You may have left a tape or CD in one of the drives.

If the system is trying to IPL from disk, your load source disk may have
failed.  Was your system shut down for repairs ?

What model is your AS/400 ?
How many and of what type are the disks ?
