Never seen anything even close..

I would start by downloading every single version
of the Red Books on "Printing" I could find.

I think the current version is around VII by now.

Printing remains far more complicated than folks can
imagine and with the ethernet variations, it continues
to get more complex, not less.

There are so many twists and turns in printing, it would
be almost impossible to even put it a single manual.

Consider this:

The current Iseries still supports all printers
that were introduced on the S/34 with the exception of the
channel attached versions.

That goes quite a ways back and many,many,many printers.

Just think, if you can still find a "shake & bake" 5225
printer, you can still use it. That's quite a record.
