Odd, although I have seen it de-max a window but the resulting Window is still full-sized. In those cases, Size should be available to reduce from full screen to something reasonable. Anyway, glad you got it fixed. John A. Jones, CISSP Americas Information Security Officer Jones Lang LaSalle, Inc. It would only max and min. -- Jeff Crosby Dilgard Frozen Foods, Inc. P.O. Box 13369 Ft. Clicking Restore from the upper left menu should work as well. It un-maximizes (de-maximizes?) a window. John A. Jones, CISSP Americas Information Security Officer Jones Lang LaSalle, Inc. If you are truly Maximized, then Minimizewill be available but Move & Size will be grayed out. If Move & Size are available, then you aren't really maximize, your window is just sized at roughly full screen. If this is the case, select Size and use either the mouseor the arrowkeys to adjust the size accordingly. John A. Jones, CISSP Americas Information Security Officer Jones Lang LaSalle, Inc. When it's maximized, if I click the little double-windowicon in theupper right corner of the session, it doesn't go intowindowed mode,it minimizes. I don't know any other way to resize a maximized window, because there's no corner to grab and drag. -- Jeff Crosby Dilgard Frozen Foods, Inc. P.O. Box 13369 Ft. Unless I say so.Why is it always me. <g> iSeries Access for Windows ("IAW") won't 'window' onterminal servicesPC5250 sessions attached to the IXS. What I mean is eitherit's fullscreen, or it's minimized. When full screen, clicking the'windowed'icon in the upper right causes it to be minimized. Onceminimized, the _only_ way to get it back is to right-click it in thetray andselect 'Maximize' which then makes it full screen again. Doesn't matter who the user is. Other PC apps (Word, Excel, etc) window just fine on these terminal services sessions. IAW windows just fine on all other PCs in the place. It's only theIXS and then only in IAW, so I don't really know if it'sa Windowsissue or an IAW issue. I'm on the latest service pack.
