In the area of service your product operates, I can almost say that [you guys = IBM]. When a list of requirements takes a specialist just to understand, "signon as QSECOFR" is indeed reasonable to speak of as a service to the customer. That API (and even their toolkit that 'simplifies' using it) almost justifies it by itself. Thank you for the very reasonable response. It was a pleasure reading it. Tom Liotta
