None.  It's a sample, web based, phone directory system that you may use 
for an internal phone directory.  Basically a "hello world" to test out 
your installation of Websphere Application Server.  However, some people 
REALLY like having it and are using it as their corporate phone directory. 
 Fully supported and enhanced by IBM.
