The bloody damned thing runs a test on ITSELF more often than that, but failed to complain even when it crashed 2 AS/400s and a WinDoze box!
Of course there are also those whose UPSs are beeping all the time because they are overloaded. When the power drops the UPS goes with it. You know who you are TODD! :o)
