Have you started the Remote command server on the ISeries STRHOSTSVR
SERVER(*RMTCMD) ? You can check to see if its already active with
WRKTCPSTS then option 3 Work with TCP/IP connection status

Look under the local port for as-rmtcmd task

It should produce a QSYSPRT spooled file. Check that out - it may have
