I have a client that some number of PCs that from time to time must use Task Manager to kill the session. They are reporting that after signing off they try and close iSeries Access session and it won't. I'm getting more details but in the mean time, anyone seen this before on multiple PCs at a site?
I don't know if this is your problem, but once we locked users down on their PCs, we found the .ws file in the default location did not have sufficient permission for the users to update. As soon as we changed the "save on exit" setting to never, they were fine.
