Try to sell them something.  Evidently they are not interested in most of 
our IT services.  At least any they want to try to duplicate.  A billion 
sounds like a lot of money and I'd sure like to have a days interest off 
of that.  But, Dekko is no big company and it would only take the sales of 
around 3-5 of us to make up a billion dollars.  So, discover markets there 
you can penetrate.  They sure are buying a few billion dollars of American 
goods and services. At least according to the web site Joe referred us to.
