Had to laugh at your one paragraph Paul.  Actually know a local consultant 
who divides his time between iSeries consulting and heavy equipment 
operating.
Maybe it's the money.
Maybe it's the "not all eggs in one basket" mentality.
Maybe it's the chance to drive some oversized Tonka toys.
