To make this work you MUST have 5722SS1, Option 22 - ObjectConnect installed. On my V5R3 CD's this is on the CD labeled D2924_02. Look for library QSR or GO MENU(CMDSAVRST) to verify this is installed. The commands included with ObjectConnect are SAVRST, SAVRSTCFG, SAVRSTCHG, SAVRSTDLO, SAVRSTLIB and SAVRSTOBJ. To check your AnyNet setup verify that you can ping and telnet from both sides using both the short (system) name and the long (should be in the form of System.Local network ID.SNA.IBM.COM) name. If you followed the article the Local network ID should be APPN. You will have better luck if the System, Local control point and Default local location names (using DSPNETA) all match. Good luck, these are great timesaving tools and worth the effort.
