Okay - I called IBM and got the answer. Apparently, there is a problem (maybe just in V5R4) with ILE stored procedures that are set to use teraspace (nice call, Scott :-) and that call OPM programs. The quick fix is to do a CHGPGM on the stored procedure and set TERASPACE to *NO, and then it will all work. Apparently this has come up a couple of times before, and they are going to try to put something in the knowlege base about it. Thank you everyone for your help!
