Trevor...dude....There's a BIG difference between KNOWING that this is THE BEST system out there AND actually believing that IBM is going to come through with a real marketing schema, and implement it!
HOW MANY MANY MANY MANY times have we been hinted down this path towards "our just share of the market, which is 100%..." line of impotent rhetoric with nothing to show for it, other than what is called in Marketing 101 - reinforcement marketing to those customers you already have???
