I know PTF's aren't applied on an abnormal IPL, and obviously the startup program (QSTRUP) can check the switch and may do or not do certain things, but I seem to recall there are other differences in the operation of OS/400 after an abnormal IPL, but can't recall what they are. Can I be enlightened? <G> Thanks, -Walden -- Walden H Leverich III Tech Software (516) 627-3800 x3051 WaldenL@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx http://www.TechSoftInc.com <blocked::blocked::http://www.techsoftinc.com/> Quiquid latine dictum sit altum viditur.
