I have a machine that has been screwed up since a hard crash (power
loss, failed UPS).
I can get it limping along running either manual or unattended IPL on
the A side, but the 
B side hangs on an IPL.
Will any fixes/repairs applied to the A side affect B, or do I need to
get it running on the B side via Manual IPL to undergo any repairs to
5722999 or the LIC?
