As David pointed out, Change Management software vendors often include such a product. As per David, MKS does. I think Softlanding does with their Turnover package. An alternative might be use to use a web based package. For some of this we are using Quickplace. It is an IBM/Lotus product. It's not a bad package for project management. We even use it with a few select business partners for new product development. There are also numerous Domino based packages out there. There is a helluva workflow engine in the package from EtQ. We originally purchased it for their numerous workflow engines for: Document Management, Calibrations, Preventive Maintenance, Corrective Actions, APQP, Nonconforming Material, etc. Our quality control people go nuts over this. Then we copied one of their databases, and made a few small modifications for project management. Some of our projects go through 9 phases: 1 - Project request 2 - Controller approval 3 - Analyst Review 4 - Estimator 5 - Quote Review 6 - Systems Analyst 7 - Project Leader 8 - Approval & Release 9 - Completed http://www.etq.com/index.html Rob Berendt
