I would think E-mailing it offsite would be an easier solution. To the tape storage vendor or to a separate (secure) from work e-mail account. If the offsite tape storge vendor is going to print the reports for you then your could send the print directly to an LPR printer at the tape storage site. I'm guessing your not sending the printed BRMS reports offsite with the tapes.
