Hi, Jeff.

My SPTOOL utility will do this in one command and even
format the report in Text, PDF, HTML or RTF formats.

With the SPLTOOL utility there is the SPL2FTP command that
will convert and FTP the report in one step. The SPL2FTPB
(Batch) command will send one or more spooled files
depending on the selection criteria you specify.

You can try it out for free by downloading from
www.bvstools.com/spltool.html.

As always, feel free to contact me with any questions.
