RE: List Spooled Files API really SLOW on V5R3

The PTF listed on that APAR is for V5R2, but the V5R2 -> V5R3 cross
reference lists PTF SI23200 for V5R3.

APAR SE24829 http://www-912.ibm.com/n_dir/nas4apar.nsf/ALLAPARS/SE24829 is
the APAR for 530 and 540
