Thanks again.  They could have included that in the second level help for 
that message.

I've done unload/reload's before and didn't have this problem.  Why not? 
Why only on onesies and twosies?  Then again, when doing an unload/reload 
I always follow appendix D of the Backup and Recovery manual.
