RE: V5R4 arriving - is this right?

We ordered V5R4 to start the process to upgrade from V5R3.  We also got one of 
these wrist strap.  I just laughed when you mentioned you got one too.  They 
(being IBM) include a useless wrist strap with an OS upgrade but can't seem to 
send PTF anymore on CD in less than 3 months vis USPS.  What is IBM thinking?  
Wait don't answer that, they aren't thinking is the problem.

I ordered V5R4 thru my BP last week.  Packages have started arriving.

A couple of packages refer to hardware install instructions, and I received
a wrist strap that one wears for static electricity purposes.  I never got
one of those for a release upgrade before. <g>

Is this what the rest of you have received for V5R4?  Or do you think my BP
ordered the wrong thing? <g>
