Personally, I'd rethink using messages.  Email gives you more flexibility. 
 I may go days without doing a DSPMSG but I'm Johnny-on-the-spot on my 
emails.

But if you just have to...
CFGDSTSRV 1 & 2

(replacing LPAR2 and LPAR1 with whatever you named your partitions)
on LPAR2
ADDDIRE USRID(*ANY LPAR1) USRD('Any user on lpar1') SYSNAME(LPAR1)

on LPAR1
ADDDIRE USRID(*ANY LPAR2) USRD('Any user on lpar2') SYSNAME(LPAR2)
