doesn't the extra S (what's the plural of S?) create an OR condition?  i think
this should read:
S    RECTYP        COMP(EQ 'A')
      ACCOUNT    COMP(EQ 1234)
      COMPANY    COMP(EQ 01)

again, probably not the best solution for the problem at hand, just want to make
sure i understand correctly.
