It's odd, because we aren't blocked at all here - I get to the tinyurl
page, but get: Error: Unable to find site's URL to redirect to.

Evidently tinyurl is starting to be blocked by WebSense.  I found that 
makeashorterlink.com is still not being blocked.  Y'all might want to 
start using that instead.  Our "Cisco kid" was unaware that websense is 
blocking tinyurl.com.
