I've tried for over 24hrs to order a hand full of PTFs for FTP download but never get the emails... Error occurred while an internal IBM server was writing data. Please restart Fix Central. If this error occurs again, report to IBM Service." This occurs right at the end where it should give me the happy completion screen. I've tried it twice so far over the last hour. Thanks, -Marty
