How to reset QNTC -- MIDRANGE-L

I have a server that we regularly pull files from using QNTC.  Today the
system cannot see this system.  How does one reset the WINS setting for
browsing the windows network.  I can see the server's shares with my PC
no problem but the iSeries @ V5R3 cannot see this server today.
