A google search on QSJHEARTBT would have got you to the answer straight from IBM - link is http://www-912.ibm.com/s_dir/slkbase.NSF/a736d0e3fef96a6d86256dcc0077066c/89cdebeb499cf39f862570c9006fbfa6 There were several other links asking the same thing. The last item in your list has been around awhile, the others seem to be new with V5R3 - all related to Service Agent. I am a little (little?) perverse, I suppose, 'cuz I enjoy trying to figure out IBM's names - QSJHEARTBT is some kind of heartbeat, I guess. I usually take away the "Q" and the next 2 characters - those refer to some application subsystem like DB for database or SY for system, etc. Then I start playing my game. AUTOPTF must have to do with getting PTFs automatically. And on it goes - my little diversion in life. ;-) That last one makes no sense to me yet, however.
