This is a vendor response - we at RJS Software have a product that could do just what you want - called RPG2SQL Integrator - it lets you read from and write to SQL Server (or other database product) directly from your ILE RPG programs - it uses a PC as a pipeline between the iSeries and the SQL Server machine.
