Job using more CPU than normal

We have just converted from a model 825 to a model 570 and one of our
NEPS is running at a higher cpu percentage than on the old system. The
job ran at .7% of cpu on the 825 but on the 570 it runs at > 10% cpu. I
checked all system values and job descriptions and verified that they
are identical to the 825. I did notice that on the 825 that the number
of threads was 169 and on the new system the number of threads is 2. On
both systems the Job description the ALWMLTTHD was *NO. What else could
be my problem?
