I'm in search of an API that will "inform" me of a change to a subtree
in the IFS. I want to be notified when a new file appears (or is
changed) in a subtree of the IFS. We're looking so allow files to be
saved in the IFS by the users but I need to know as soon as they save a
file so I can kick off a server-side process to deal with that file. Any
ideas. We're V5R2 at the moment.
