I recently upgraded my Client Access to V5R3... the only issue that I am
coming across is that I can no longer do print screens (File --> Print
Screen).  I just get a bunch of light dots on the page.  Has anyone
experienced this?  Any solutions?

BTW, yes I can copy and paste the screen to Word and print from there.
