I am noticing a difference in STRSQL and not just RUNSQL.  This statement 
works fine for me.  However when an associate runs it in STRSQL, and 
before he does the STRSQL, he does a STRDBG UPDPROD(*YES), he also sees
CPF2217 - Not authorized to user profile QSYS.

Just put on latest cume and groups last weekend.  Wasn't a real big user 
of Global Tempory tables prior to that.
