I've got a save file from an end-user, which the end-user swears up and down was saved back to V5R2. But our V5R2 box rejects it.

If I try to use the built-in save file analysis function in our ThinView product's FTP client (which admittedly hasn't been updated to cover past V5R1), it chokes on the file.

If I look at the file with the SEESAVF utility that a fellow list member gave me, "QSRDSSSPC.1" does show up twice, at different displacements from any of the places where I've been told to look for it.

Does anybody know where to look, in order to determine whether the save file is garbled (it was sent as an attachment to an email, without being encapsulated in a ZIP file), or not saved back to the right level, or what?
