Well, as you are new to the i5, and like iNav, let me ask you:  Do you 
want a graphical editor with a crap load of features, or, have you been 
assimilated into "I'll give up my green screen when they peel my cold dead 
hands..."?

For 5250 land you have two basic options:
1 - If the software resources display in iNav under software inventory 
includes 5722-WDS Websphere Development Studio for iSeries then you could 
use the command STRPDM and navigate from there.
2 - If it doesn't then you're stuck with EDTF and compiling via CRTCLPGM.

For the non graphically challenged you could load Websphere Development 
Studio Client on your PC.  Granted, it will take you about a day to get 
set up.  And your PC should have lots of memory, etc.  There is a separate 
list for WDSC at midrange dot com that is a great help.
