I'm looking for some explanation on WSCST objects.  I would like create a
WSCST object to specify the font and size, pitch, etc.  I found these in
the archives that looks like it shows how to do it but I'm missing a piece
of the puzzle so that I can select the correct values.

These are doing HP emulation and that's what I'm working with.  I don't
understand it fits together.  Is it just a matter of finding a HP manual
that tells the ASCII value for a particular font and size, then convert it
to hex, and put that after the :INITPRT tag?  How does the table fit in
from the first link?  Any explanation would be appreciated.
