You should be able to do the following to get you back in business!

1. Issue the following command at the console after logging in with QSECOFR
to the server.
        CHGDSTPWD PASSWORD(*DEFAULT)
2. Go to the server and put the key in. Change it into manual mode. To
put it into manual mode you need
to have the key in and press the double headed arrow until the OK turns into
the hand (meaning manual mode).
3. Press the single headed up arrow (on the right hand side above the blue
button) until the number 21 appears on the LED.
4. Press the blue button and look at the console. It should now be in the
DST menu.
5. Sign into DST with QSECOFR as the ID and QSECOFR as the password. Make
sure to enter the password in capital letters.
6. You will be forced to change the password. It can't be any of the
previous 6 passwords and it must be between 8 and 10 characters.

7. Document the password you just changed it to.

Subject: Service Tools Profiles

I have an issue with our Service Tools User IDs. The QSECOFR and QSVR
profiles are disabled. Is there another profile available or is it time to
call IBM and have them walk me through resetting the profiles?
