I try to have two JOBQ going each single threaded
1. is for jobs that will get done quickly like in 1 minute or 2
another is for jobs that may take 1/2 hour or more to get done
this way the long jobs not hold up the quickies

We don't have the gas for a bunch of JOBQ concurrently.

I have set my priorities so that a compile tends to end up behind end usertasks in terms of waiting in line to get run, so if a lot of stuff going toJOBQ, I am not holding up the parade.
