Two easy ways:1- Create a RPG program to receive the parametres, call the CL, and return something to the user.
2- Create a NetData macro that calls the CL program. If you just want to tell the user "the program was called" regarless of the result of the call you can SBMJOB the CL or return the ok before calling the CL (if it takes long to trun).

Hi All, Has anyone had any experience (or know if it is even possible!) with calling a CL program from an ASP webpage? I have an RPG program that will perform calculations based on a few supplied values. The calculations run every 10 minutes as a batch job, but I was wondering if the user changes the values and wants to calculate again if they can simply run the input webpage and invoke the calculation through some passed command. Any thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks! Brian. -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=- Brian Piotrowski Specialist - I.T. Simcoe Parts Service, Inc.
