Prevent Operator From Running Backup From Console's Alternate Job (UPDATE)

I wanted to thank everyone for helping me on this issue.  I decided to use
the Job List API.  Well I found out today that the problem wasn't that the
operator was running the backup from the alternate job of the console.  So
I will be removing this Job Listing function for the backup.

The problem was that the console had an alternate session with a different
job name.  So I only needed to check for the DSP01 as the job name, not how
many jobs there were named DSP01.  The backup program should be allowed to
run either session of the DSP01 job name.
