Actually, I believe IBM said this about 2 years ago they were going to move to 
Linux and Open Office but I have not heard anything since.  As I recall, IGS 
said they were staying with Windows and Office (which accounts for about 
160,000 desktops at the time). Also the article says it is only in Germany and 
that most users will remain on Windows for a long term.
