I'm running this SQL in interactive SQL session... ===> delete FROM fonew WHERE Z1PRFL in ('Y', '*' ) F3=Exit F4=Prompt F6=Insert line F9=Retrieve F10=Cop F12=Cancel F13=Services F24=More keys ---> Query running. 0 records selected, 29270544 processed. The funny thing is the SQL is saying it's processed 29 million records when e only has about 3k records are in the table and the 30mil are deleted (I know I should re-org this file but time doesn't allow it since the table is being used by trigger program) Text: Total number of members . . . . . . . . . : 1 Total number of members not available . . : 0 Total records . . . . . . . . . . . . . . : 1222 Total deleted records . . . . . . . . . . : 30853279 Total of member sizes . . . . . . . . . . : 25004580864 Is there any know reason why SQL scans the full table including deleted records?
