I was looking for the equivalent of WRKMSGQ *ALL/*ALL then Opt 5=Display
Messages. Would be similar to WRKOUTQ *ALL/*ALL that Nav already provides in
Work Management.

Will add QSYSOPR and QSYSMSG to my queues in Basic Operations.

Oops, you can only add message queues by user, and only one at a time!
That's a weird oversight. So... there's no good way to look at an arbitrary
message queue, such as QSYSMSG.

Did IBM fix this in 5r3 or 5r4?
