Perfect!  This particular system isn't one which is running web-based
apps, just doing this for a test at request of a developer.  Thank you

CHGCLS QINTER RUNPTY(40) will do it . . . but why?  Changing from 20 to
40 puts interactive jobs at a higher priority than batch but at a lower
priority than HTTP jobs.  If any of your HTTP functions 'flips out' you
might have problems signing on to an interactive session . . .
