Yes, either delete the user space before creating it, or do as Tom suggests and 
put only QTEMP in that system value. Otherwise you get potential problems with 
disk space because of the accretion of objects in QRPLOBJ.

That library is where things are put that are in use at the time they are 
replaced, generally speaking.
