I was hoping someone had already built tools for the new UPS Tools so we would not have to. We would be willing to pay mind you, it is just that I have limited time right now.

Maybe once I see how your tool works I will realize I am worrying about this for nothing.

I've used the tracking tool.  For me, it was fairly painless.  I've
released the code that I used to do this sort of thing as open source,
it's called HTTPAPI.
