When I read the proposed bill and how it defines "Internet service provider" or 
"provider", my first thought is that any such business that currently resides 
in New Jersey would simply have to close down. The bill is simply unenforceable 
in any other way (IMO and only IMO).

Weird mostly because it seems legit. Essentially no such place as 'New Jersey' 
to the internet after it becomes effective if it passes.
