It's time to call IBM - this is internal stuff, mostly - you've seen the redbook, this is likely a bug, so I hope your company has a support contract. I don't think you'll get much more from this list - we are users, remember, not in on what all IBM does. If you DO have support, you can get set up to ask these kinds of things on the Internet - no need to hang on the phone while waiting to talk to someone.
