You'll be able to spend most of the conference time using the skyways that 
connect lots of buildings downtown.

I grew up there. I've seen it get up to 60 degrees in late March. I've 
also seen 20 below. When I was in college, a 40 degree day in March was 
time to bring out the lawn chairs, and a few beers while we got some rays.
